Delete your GamefowlTrack account

You can permanently delete your account yourself. You do not need administrator approval.

Delete from Settings

  1. Sign in and open Settings.
  2. Download your farm data first if you want to keep a copy.
  3. Open Danger Zone and select Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE, enter your current password, and confirm.

What is deleted

Your profile, farms you solely own, birds, breeding and hatch records, health and event records, finances, notifications, uploaded bird photos, and payment receipt files are permanently removed. If an owned farm has other members, transfer ownership or remove those members first.

Cannot access your account?

Email support@gamefowltrack.com. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.

Account deletion cannot be undone. Records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, or legal compliance may be kept only for the required retention period.
