How payment works
- 1Pick a paid plan. Sign up free, then open Settings → Subscription.
- 2Send GCash payment to the number shown on the page. The exact amount and GCash details are right there.
- 3Submit your GCash reference number and receipt screenshot. Both come from your GCash transaction confirmation.
- 4We verify within 24 hours. You’ll get an email when your plan is active. Most activations happen the same day.
Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
GCash only, for now. Send via the GCash app to the number shown in Settings → Subscription. We are keeping things simple while we grow — credit card and Maya support may come later.
How long does activation take?
We verify each payment manually, usually within 24 hours (often within a few hours). You will receive an email the moment your plan activates.
Where do I find my GCash reference number?
It is on the transaction confirmation screen in your GCash app — usually a 13-digit number. You can also find it in your GCash transaction history.
What if I sent the wrong amount?
Reach out to support@gamefowltrack.com and we will sort it out. Send any difference via GCash and reference your original transaction.
How do I renew?
When your plan is close to expiring, we email you a reminder. Just send another GCash payment for the same plan and submit a new receipt — we apply the new period on top of any time remaining.
Is my data safe if I downgrade?
Always. All your birds, pairings, and records are permanently safe. Downgrading limits features, not your data.
