What is included in the Cloud Free plan?
The Free plan supports up to 30 birds with the core flock, pedigree, pairing, hatch, and installable web-app experience. Paid Cloud plans add capacity and advanced operations features.
How does Cloud App payment work?
Create an account, choose Breeder or Gamefarm from Settings → Subscription, then pay by GCash and submit the reference number. We verify and activate paid access within 24 hours.
What happens if I downgrade my Cloud plan?
Your Cloud records remain retained. If your account exceeds the new plan limits, record-changing features pause until you are within the plan allowance or upgrade again.
Is Farm Server a Free, Breeder, or Gamefarm plan?
No. Those are Cloud App subscription plans. Farm Server is a separate local installation with a ₱39,900 perpetual software license and ₱9,900 setup, handled by support.
Do I need to pay for both products?
No. Choose the product that fits your operation. A Cloud App subscription is not required for local Farm Server records.
Is Farm Server billed like a monthly Cloud App plan?
No. Farm Server is a perpetual software license with one-time setup. Optional Annual Updates & Support is ₱9,900/year. Select the Farm Server tab above to see the current pricing.
What happens after Annual Updates & Support ends?
The perpetual software keeps working, including search and record changes. New feature releases and ordinary remote assistance pause until coverage is purchased again.
What if I already have a computer?
That is the lowest-cost starting path. Support validates the computer and local network before quoting. Hardware guidance is not an automatic online blocker.
